Rowing Update

About two weeks after our glorious victory in Galway where we won the Tribesmen Head(race), we are in the middle of training for the following race which is the Varsity in Belfast... My hands are sore from rowing so I am really glad there is no waterspin planned for this weekend. But let's get to the point, here's a couple new words more or less directly connected with rowing practice:
